Pentacle Cast Iron Cauldron with Lid

Our black cast iron smudge pot or cauldrons are beautiful statements for your altar, with this one featuring a pentacle symbol and are perfect for all types of smudging or ritual work.

After burning or when finished casting spells - simply put on the lid, and it will extinguish your lit items. 

Cast iron cauldrons are used with charcoal tablets, to which you add your loose incense which can contain resins / gums / powders,  and herbs / botanicals .  They have legs which dissipate the heat, however I always sit mine on a vintage saucer or glass plate.  You could use a decorated tile, a small chopping board or even that saucer that you were gifted from your Nanna.
