Using a selenite wand during meditation will assist the flow of white light energy and help attune your energy to your highest self.

Care & Cleansing

Cleanse frequently using incense/sage smoke.  If you wish to use a singing bowl, use the bowl near your selenite wands. Do not put them in the bowl as the vibrations against the bowl may damage the crystals. Recharge under a plant under either the sun or the moon. 

Do not cleanse selenite with water.  She will die.

When using the Moon to cleanse and charge your crystals you can time your intent with the lunar phase to further amplify your intention.
