Example | Aphrodite - You may be feeling unhappy about love and are longing for what you think is missing in your life.
The energy of the Greek goddess of romantic love, Aphrodite, comes forth with a state of ecstatic being that she now invites you to cultivate within. You can experience the world as a sensual, expressive, creative being if you allow yourself the freedom to explore what this means to you. Perhaps this is a portent of a new partnering or a deepening of one you already have, or perhaps this is a time for you to claim this aspect of your nature, which may have lain dormant awhile. The energy of the Goddess Aphrodite arises as an invitation for you to fall in love with your life now and choose to look for the essence and expression of love all around you. By doing so, love will increase tenfold, and you will see evidence of it everywhere you turn. This is your sacred task when Aphrodite chooses to aid and empower you.
Our Tarot & Oracle Library includes a bunch of different authors, including Aussies! Whether you're new to buying cards, or you've been using them for years, you are welcome to join my VIP Lounge. I try to use our new cards as they arrive, and old favourites are featured also. You should never be afraid to try something new - you can do anything.
- The answer is a resounding yes!
The second most popular question I'm asked is "What is the difference between the two?"
- The short answer is that oracle cards give you the opportunity to find a more deeply intuitive reading, probably due because there is no real tradition to the cards. Tarot is more structured, and can take some time to learn. That being said, you can most definitely pick up a tarot deck and understand what they are telling you!
- All of our decks come with guidebooks designed to do absolutely that - to teach and guide you on your divination journey. I recommend oracle cards to anyone who is starting out - you can make them be whatever you want them to be - which will inspire you to try and keep practising.
My message to you is don't beat yourself up if you're struggling in the first part - learning to trust your intuition is a skill.
I am not an expert in either oracle or tarot - but I am a lover of both! Shine bright, Pauline x
