This stone also balances and aligns the meridians in the body, amplifying the energy through the chakras from the crown to the root.

Care & Cleansing

The best way to cleanse Hematite is to place it among self-cleansing stones like selenite, citrine, or clear quartz. These stones will remove any unwanted energy from the stone and dispel it completely. Hematite can be cleansed by passing it through sage smoke.

You can also cleanse your hematite with a soft cloth or with incense/sage smoke.  Hematite is another stone that you can def cleanse by popping it out under the moonlight every month.  Time your cleaning with the phase of the moon to further amplify your intention.
