From the time of its first publication in 1986, The Mythic Tarot has sold over a million copies in dozens of countries. Now, for this twenty-fifth anniversary edition, the text has been revised, brought up to date and the deck completely reillustrated by internationally renowned artist, Giovanni Caselli.
The New Mythic Tarot brings together all the elements that made the original version such a necessary deck for all tarot enthusiasts—a deck that depicts the gods and goddesses, heroes and heroines of the Greek myths and a book that helps the reader explore them as familiar archetypal characters, whose experiences mirror the shifts and patterns of daily life.
This fully revised and updated edition of one of the few true classic book and card tarot kits breathes fresh life into this standard work and will be welcomed by long-time devotees and new fans alike.
Our Tarot & Oracle Library includes a bunch of different authors, including some pretty cool Aussies! Whether you're new to buying cards, or you've been using them for years, you are welcome to join my VIP Lounge. I try to use our new cards as they arrive, and old favourites are featured also. You should never be afraid to try something new - you can do anything.
- The answer is a resounding yes!
- The short answer is that oracle cards give you the opportunity to find a more deeply intuitive reading, probs because there is no real tradition to the cards. Tarot is more structured, and can take some time to learn. That being said, you can most definitely pick up a tarot deck and understand what they are telling you!
- All of our decks come with guidebooks designed to do absolutely that - to teach and guide you on your divination journey. I recommend oracle cards to anyone who is starting out - you can make them be whatever you want them to be - which will inspire you to try and keep practising.
