Frankincense Essential Oil

When inhaled, Frankincense Essential Oil has been proven to reduce your heart rate and can also naturally reduce high blood pressure. It has anti-anxiety and depression-reducing abilities.

Frankincense is a purifier and protecter. It can be used to consecrate magical items, and is associated with the Air/Fire Elements. It's planetary association is the Sun and it activates the 3rd (Solar plexus) and 7th (Crown) Chakras.

Frankincense is said to be particularly helpful in determining the spiritual side of what appears to be a completely material matter.

Try:  If you feel a cold coming on, Frankincense will boost your immunity, making it a fantastic preventative treatment for asthmatics as it's both calming and supportive to the respiratory system - adding Frankincense to a room diffuser and inhaling it may help clear your lungs. 

• Try adding 30 mls of carrier oil such as grapeseed, almond, safflower, sunflower to approximately 20 drops of Frankincense to anoint candles, your altar. You could even infuse that oil with a crystal that matches your intent, further amplifying your magic.
• Try popping your frankincense essential oil out under the full moon to power him up!

Frankincense has anti-inflammatory effects that may help reduce joint inflammation caused by arthritis.
