I use mine when burning herbs and resins and when casting spells.

By putting on the lid, it will easily extinguish your lit items.

This is an 18 cm cauldron with a pentacle design and 3 legs with a lid.

Cast Iron Cauldrons are used with charcoal tablets, to which you add your loose incense, herbs and more.  They have legs which dissipates the heat, however I always sit mine on a vintage saucer or glass plate.  You could use a lovely tile, a small chopping board or saucer that you were gifted from your Nanna.  

All cauldrons and burners are sold with FREE metal Tongs, because only dummies play with fire!
